I dont think he means he doesnt know how to verify... I'm pretty sure to take off the limitations for your account you have to send in some sort of verification you said you were. I.E Payment detail showing your full name, or address something of that sort of nature

Without verifying your account you can send a maximum of $500 total. To send anymore money, you need to be verified, by doing what I said before. If you haven't spent $500 and it won't let you send, contact Paypal and they will be able to help you. If you have then you need to verify your account.

Take a picture of something that has the name you registered to your paypal account, take a picture of your phone bill or something it really doesn't matter as long as you can proof that its your name address ,etc.

Not for me, I don't use credit cards on paypal and still make purchases but eventually they well limit your account unless you can proof your identification, in his case they limit his account in most, they make you verify there accounts
