They're better off purchasing a DDoS Proxy, so the people who need stealth connect to the proxy IP. Therefore, people DDoS the Proxy ip, and the real ip is hidden.

There not being hit offline they do have a hidden ip and cloudfire there Down for maintenance, Which means there updating and changing stuff, that's an Emergency.
