Hey guys this is my potential PC build but I need some help as to whether all these parts are compatible, and which RAM I should get. Any suggestions would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Processor - Intel Core i5-3570K Processor
CPU Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler
GPU - Gigabyte Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 Graphics Card
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H Motherboard
RAM - 8GB Samsung DDR3 1600MHz RAM
OR
Corsair Vengeance 8 GB ( 2 x 4 GB ) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) 240-Pin DDR3 Memory
HDD - 1TB Western Digital Caviar Black Hard Drive
PSU - 600W Corsair CX600 Power Supply
Case - COOLER MASTER HAF series RC-912-KKN1 Black SECC/ ABS Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

You should be looking at a Haswell build right now, as there is no point spending around the same and getting an outdated platform. Also with this build and the Newegg combo's you can still spend the same, same case and get a GTX760 which is the replacement for the 660Ti, the model up from the 660.

It sure is. Any i5 or i7 followed by a 4xxxk or 4xxx is a Haswell.
