i don't think this is true just said that to scare they cant banned everyone that has been in a 10th lobby that almost everyone on xbl or everyone that plays mw2 and thats to many people but they will ban for drive firmware, black ops on game played, maybe modded avatar, modded gamertags, but i think the main point of this ban wave it to patch firmware drives, and try there best to slow down jtag moddng
