If I were you I'd go for a i5 processor instead of an i3.

He only has a certain budget, so an i5 isn't the best processor to go for if he's using it for games as he should be spending more money on the GPU.

Yes I do plan to oc if Possible and i mostly want to play CoD at Solid 120 FPS, I Know It doesnt take much and yes i do have a 120HRtz Monitor.

You can overclock on this system, so you shouldnt notice much of a performance difference. Its also worth it to pony up the extra for the GTX660 its a good card.
