When I Load Up Black Ops 2 Mp By Xex Menu 1.2(Not Signed In) Then I Press BO2 TU13 Ban Bypass And It Didnt Give Me A Error So I Guess It Worked So I Signed In And Tryed To Press Xbox Live On MP And My Console Just Froze Up?

Can Anyone Please Help???

Well, I would guess that it did not work and you may need to download the tool again. I don't deal with black ops 2. So, keep trying.
