Every players have to hit their targets before they pop down. You will hear the 'ting' sound per hit.
The only explanation nothing happens is one of the target hasn't been hit.
Solutiuon: have one player do their target while the other three keep watch for the missing target. Do this for all four players. 8 eyes better than 2 eyes.

Make sure you have the Nav Card Table built, if you don't have it built then even if you hit every target you won't complete the ester egg.

Have people count targets. There is 20 at can't shop. 24 I believe at mansion. 19 at saloon. And 23 I believe at juggernaut.
