Btw I dont have BETA yesterday I redeemed a 1400 point code it said points added to account then I looked at balance it said 0 then I did the scotiabank I tryed to put 100 points and then It did the samething I should have 4000 atleast can you please help first to help gets a 100 msp code if wanted

I would say you should contact microsoft and tell them about it they are sure to give you points and maybe possibly more for your invconvinience

It probably means your account was on a xbox that is on the beta. When my friend came over he recovered is account and now he cant buy anything i have to buy it for him since my xbox was on the beta so your account is mess up till u get the beta or the new dash
