I've downloaded all the necessary files to host offline bo2 lobbies expect for one. The last program I need is some thing called neighborhood sdk something that connects my computer to my xbox..I don't know I looked for the link cant find it..Can I use another program? PLEASE HELP!!!

How do you host offline Bo2 lobbies? Why haven't I heard of this? What can you host with the offline files?

you can run online mods offline in local or system link play... hes not on about stats or anything

I was told you can do lobbies and stuff. 10th prestige lobbies and infections. Recovery accounts and mod the rank. I just looked on youtube
