Port-Forwarding

type in subnet ip (ex: 192.168.1.1)
login to router (ex: admin, password)
go to port forwarding section
add device id.
*can find by opening cmd -> ipconfig -> ipv4 local address (ex: 192.168.1.2)
add custom exception
make sure its TCP/UDP <--- both
type device id your trying to get the port open on
for xbox its 3074 <--- port number
save the exception

I have U-Verse and there is no Port forwarding section
