is thier still going to be party chat or will it be just be skype?

There will be party chat but it will be powered by Skype. A lot of people are complaining because they think that having Skype for chat it will take up your bandwidth like on Pc. But on the Xbox one they are have Ram dedicated just for Skype so there will be no bandwidth issues.
