Improve my PC build

This is a PC i am going to build. It is over my budget. Is there any thing i should improve or downgrade.

Custom Gaming Pc Build.

OS- Note: not sure if I want Windows 8 or 7. Leaning twords 7 after reading reviews of 8.
Note: I choose an eight core processer knowing that most games won't use all eight cores, but I think alot of the newer games will use them, because they are putting eight core proccesers in the xbox one and ps4. If it's not a great idea I could swap it out with a quad core.
