XRPC Tool is needed,but there is a super high chance u will get banned I don't recommend hosting online I prefer a recovery

install xbox 360 neighborhood: Forums/t=5055472/xbox-neighborhoo...setup.html

install it like in the tut. then search on google for "dudeeitsbrian's publice **** tool"
download it open it and connect to your jtag.

any questions?

i did wat u said and i get everything but the menu i have god mode and noclip but no menu
