Black Ops is a game. Anybody can play the game how they want to! Maybe you want to tryhard. Maybe you want to pretend like you are actually in the army and camp and hardscope or maybe you just want to **** around. Quickscoping is just another strategy which I would never call "cheap". I don't see why they have to get rid of a perk that will affect a perfectly fine strategy.

Quickscoping is a cheap gimmick there is no skill involved.
