I have the IPhone 5 and its pretty much the same as the Iphone 4. And my brother has the s4 and its pretty much the same as the s3. I dont see much difference in both of them other than the looks

I don't know all the special things with the Galaxy, but I would go with the Iphone 5... I have it and it does everything I want as well as like someone just said, if you wait the new iphone will be out!

Consider the HTC One or even the Nexus 4. Those are also great phones.

I'd go with the S4, Samsung is more reliable than Apple.
