Would it work if you downloaded an xbox 360 game off the internet such as Dead Island Riptide and opened the file in a piece of modding software like Horizon then changed the profile ID and console ID of the game to match yours then move the game over to your console?

This works for game saves for Minecraft so would it work for games?
