I'm trying to find a decent mic on a gaming headset. I already have a blue snowball for my commentarys but when i'm playing with friends and recording i dont have a good mic. I was looking at the astro a40's since they seem to be what all the youtubers use. Could you give me some suggestions?

Turtle Beaches, Tritton, and Astro's. By far some of the best quality and sounding headsets out there for gaming. Not to mention the comfortability that comes with then.

I have a 300$ budget. So money isn't really a problem. I'd like to stay away from turtle beaches since i heard they break very easily.

but the decision is entirely yours whatever you would feel more comfortable working with those 3 brands at the top are the most popular headsets i would look through their inventory and see which one would fit you the best

I've used the Microsoft Live chat headset, very cheap and the voice is really clear! Only reason I found about it is cause it's the one syndicate used to use! Only about 20 but as good quality as top headsets ngl!
