I don't know if this is effecting it or not, I have xbox live disabled in the settings because I'm new to this and don't want to mess it up. But to use FTP you already know you have to be connected to your hub. Which is fine I can do that, but it won't let me connect to the internet through my xbox. I don't know if it's meant to do this or not.
When I try to connect them both it just says "timed out" "could not connect to server"
Thanks for any help, and sorry if this is a basic problem

That helps, but now I get this
Response: fzSftp started
Command: open "[email protected]" 22
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server
