CPU: 1155 INTEL I5 3330 3.0GHZ/4C/4T/GPU 3RA
RAM: DDR3 8GB 1333MHZ PC3-10600 KINGSTON
HDD: 1TB SATA 6GB/S 64MB 7200RPM SEAGATE 1Y (maybe a 250gb sdd for system)
GPU: VID NVIDIA GTX 670
MONITOR: LED 23.0 16:9 DSUB/DVI E2343F AOC
DVD: DVD-W 24X SATA OEM M-DISC GH24NS90/72 LG (and space for bluray)

Are you building that system yourself or are you getting it pre-built? I'd advise against 1155 platform as its outdated already and you have the money to spend on the newer technology.

Sure what did you need including in the budget? Anything like a mouse, keyboard, monitor or operating system?

Yeah they'll stay like that for a long time i expect, but they are well worth having. If you really wanted to max your budget you could even get a 256Gb one and store games on there so they save/load faster.
