Just watch some tutorials in youtube how to setup your jtag and host lobbies.

There are plenty of tutorials on google and youtube on how to put patches on your JTAG ect, i really recommend doing a bit of research before you start playing around with your JTAG.

Here is what you need to do:
1. Intall the game you want to host on eg Cod4 W@W Mw2
2. Get the tu and the modded defult_mp.xex

How to install a game:

1.Go into your games folder and make a new folder called the game you are installing

Also look on youtube on how to install a game on your jtag it will help you understand it more.

2.After it has installed the game you want to host move the Tu/title update to your cashe folder press Y on the file and copy and past it into the folder.

3.The put the modded defult _mp.xex into the game folder you want to mod but it needs to be the right one etc.

4.Then start the defult _mp.xex and go to system link to infect yourself.
