Just get an emulator. You can play amazing games and get pre-modded versions of the ROM. Downloading a modded Android game is risky due to the fact that it won't be from the Google Play Market. Meaning it isn't scanned for malware/adware/etc. If you don't find one that seems legit make sure to scan it before sideloading it to your device.
