I redeemed two 1200 codes earlier on today, (about 5 hours ago) and they haven't yet been credited to my account, Does anyone know why and could help me with the problem?

If you are on the beta dashboard they won't give you the msp but I believe the currency should be there.

If you are on Beta Dashboard then it won't be Microsoft Points they will be transferred to your Local Currency

But still you should go check your account billing info at
billing.microsoft.com

Just sign in with your account

I do have a beta section, does that mean i have the beta dashboard, and if so i have looked at items that require but it still says i have no money in my account, and i will go on the support chat now and see what they do

If you're on the new dashboard it should have changed to your local currency, but if it hasnt go to xbox support
