So I have a $600-700 budget on an upgrade, and I need to know if this upgrade is any good. If you can make a better parts list for around the same price or cheaper that would be great. Please use Canadian websites NCIX is preferred (So I actually can buy it in store).

they look pretty decent, but the only thing i would change is the graphics card: to a GeForce 760 or over
