Call of Duty fans are starting to get excited for the big MP reveal of Call of Duty Ghosts, and just an announcement already makes the event a success. For some of the hardcore fans won't be satisfied until they get the one thing that Battlefield already offers... Dedicated servers. To win the next gen war with Battlefield not only must they offer paid dedicated servers for custom games, but offer free dedicated servers to a League Play type mode. Maybe that's what Squads is going to be?... We will all find out August 14th.

Having dedicated servers would be nice on CoD, however I think that it won't really affect the "war" between Battlefield and Call of Duty. People are fans of each and they won't change their viewpoints based on one change.
