Modding can only be done through acquiring the persons save and executing console commands on the PC version of Skyrim, there is also the Hex Editing option but i don't know what both have to do with your Gamertag on Xbox Live.

I gotta agree with Katsumi, knowing your gamertag is useless since they cannot send you a save via xbox live. Either this is someone who has no clue, or someone just trying to put their gamertag out there. Another thing, if your going to be doing a modding service you should just help Katsumi and the others in the current modding thread.
