Yep just been console banned for nothing all i do is play call of duty online ive gotten into a few cod4 lobbys and mw2 etc like but who hasn't but the one thing i might of been banned for is fraud ive been doing the 48hour trial glitch for like 2months now and its classed as fraud

You was banned because you got in modded lobbies and you got 2 months xbox live free....

It doesn't matter if the console is modified. You can be banned for multiple things, such as multiple offences on accounts.

Getting into MW2 would most likely just ban your account so it must have been the 48 hour glitch.

Well it seems about right.
It doesn't matter if the console is modified or not multiple offenses add up.

Yeah but there is thousands of people who join modded lobbys everyday and thousands who do the 48hour trial glitch. And i love how they dont know how to ban hotswapped xboxs and JTAGs can get round there patches now and they dont get console banned

What are you talking about?
-When I host modded lobbies on my JTAG I get console banned around every 7 hours if i'm lucky. Have you ever heard of a KV? That represents a console ID (not literally) and you can flash a new one on your NAND to unban the console. They run for about $30 unshared.
-My retail got console banned for ISO modding on RDR via hot swapping my console.
