Yes single player mods that are terrbile they are nothing like iso mods go look up on youtube how to mod gta 4 with usb and you can se them they are just infinite money and stupid stuff like that nothing like ISO mods.

yeah the usb mods are wack but easy as FXXX with horizon i dont iso mod but i do have a rgh can i put the iso mods on a usb andjust play offline or do i have to burn a disk and hotswap????

Yeah single player you can have USB mods, like God mode, unlimited ammo 100% complete, As for Online NO there is no "USB" mods for online You will have to Hotswap your xbox with a modded disk
