Well it's an integrated GPU, so i wouldn't expect it to perform very well. You'd be better saving a bit more to get a dedicated GPU.

APUs are actually great for low budget gaming builds, so as long as the builder picks out very fast RAM with a low latency, since the memory bus is being shared between the CPU and GPU cores - meaning the memory is under more load.
However, WoW and Starcraft are not really GPU intensive, rather they are CPU intensive. I'm sure you can handle these games with 7540D graphics, but you're probably not going to be playing on high settings. I dare say you'd be lucky running smoothly on medium.
I'm guessing you're thinking about the A6 w/ 7540D. I recommend you step it up with an A10-5800K w/ 7660D (it's on NewEgg for $110 right now) for the higher clock speed, higher class of integrated graphics, and quad-core capability. If you have some extra cash to spend, then you can get A10-6800K, and it would still be cheaper than a dedicated CPU and GPU, with a great price/performance ratio.
Make sure you don't forget to pick out fast RAM!

All of dis.
Get at least an A8 or get the cheapest 4 core Athlon (I think it's an X4 631) with at least a 7750.
