Could anyone please take a phone call for me please? It will not charge you in anyway.

If you want to know, it is for a Bancore account in which a phone is required to enter a code to sign up but my phone is broken so I can't.

When I'm signing up for new YouTube Accounts I always use [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] for the mobile verification step, so you might want to add it to favourites for future reference!
