I didnt make your Avatar so i have no idea how to 'make' it better when i dont have the image....

I don't mean exact, just the same sort of thing. It's a dark grey square with a slanted white rectangle at the bottom 1/4. It says "Bootloader" in the rectangle with the hex code 0099cc. It shouldn't be hard to do. I does't have to be exact, just similar.
