Ok so idk what happened to my computer but the other day it just started to delete some of the shortcuts of my desktop so I ran a security scan and it was clear ran a full scan on malwarebytes and nothing came up now my computer can barely open anything and when it does it takes forever

I tried to restore my computer to factory settings and it said I needed a copy kf yhe windows disk but I never had one so is there any other way of restoring or fixing my computer?
