Okay a new way have come go to multiplayer go to Xbox live then search for a match and now you need to be fast pic up your xbox and then shake it real hard like rly rly hard, and then cancel search and bam you should be 10th or you cud sent a msg to The Pro he is doing it for free

The Pro is an Xbox Live moderator. He will ban you if you message him about a 10th lobby. I think that's why I'm banned. Otherwise, I'm banned for no reason at all and some freakin loser misused the report system.
