So I realize that your rank and prestige from the current gen transfer to the next gen, but will you be able to play ghost on xbox 360 and continue where you left off on a ps4? SAme goes for the ps3 to the xbox one. I don't really wanna buy the game twice. I have a xbox 360 and I am going to buy the ps4.

I doubt it. Lets say you play on the 360 first, all your data and stats are saved to your xbox live profile and then when you get on the One and recover your account all your data is already there since you are using the same account. I dont think this would happen cross platform because on your account on the next gen console would be different from the account you first played ghosts. If I were you I would either get the Xbox One (At gamestop they have this deal where if you buy Ghosts for the current gen you can get a next gen copy for 10 bucks) or wait to buy Ghosts on the PS4.

No they stated in the live stream it's only within the console family
