In my opinion I've played both series and both were thrilling but I'm wondering who will step there game up the most and which one is worth the preordering money...Thanks

Depends on personal preference entirely, but I am not impressed with Ghosts. It looks like it will be the same old with better graphics and AI.
I would definitely get Bf4 first, it's more dynamic and has better replay value

IMO, both different games, in regards to game mechanics and playstyle. Both have their ups and downs but I'm sure its personal preference. BF4 looks amazing however, but I'm more of a COD fan.
