yeah thats whati heard but i read the read me and it said they just edited the EXBLS files

According to the thread he edited it to connect to his own server rather than that of the official exbls server. That being said how he got access to the server files to run on his own server is somewhat a mystery

Its no mystery. I obtained the clean HV and got a challenge response for the 16203 dashboard. I setup a server and boom, project vapor is online.

One can not simply "obtain" clean hv files...
They have to be dirty then cleaned up.

He got the hv from his friends

It's not the same server because the E-XBLS server is always full or down, and i was online all last night from 8-2:30 and I've been online today from about 10-till now.
Its very stable and I trust it so I recommend it to others.

Just my opinion not trying to hate on anything. I think that someone should just make a single file like Xelive so there is no need for a server. And again this is just my opinion

What is your Issue again?

When I turn on my xbox it shuts down after a few seconds and nothing happens :/
