Try to make your youtube look more professional, add very good gfx, intros, try to enhance your video quality.

Considering you started on may this year is very good you have 190 subscribers, but your view count is low, you could do with maybe editing your tags or commenting on more videos or putting video responses out on big videos.

You also need to upload a lot more often as now for gaming channels and well most channels 3 videos or more a week is the substandard really.

sorry for that took me to a differant channel when i clicked on it the first time lol but yeah you could do with making another profile picture for it, go on channels such as machinma and then post in there sections saying subscribe to me and such ask people with similar subs to do a collaboration video, always post video responses, your tags seem fine as you have a steady amount of views so far, maybe spread out a little more as there are so many people playing minecraft now that if anyone wants to watch it they go to bigger channels so maybe try to play some idie games or something similar or even retro games
