Basically whenever im on bbm my messages will not send nor can I receive, it just comes up with a red clock but if im connected to Wifi it works fine its just when im not on wifi and connected to my Mobile network it seems to play up. If you know how too fix this and could let me know it would be greatly appreciated.
Im on EE 4G network.
(Not sure what section this belongs in so I posted here, move if necessary)

Could be that you're on a "limited" wifi connection. (It means you'd have to reset your router, and or you forgot to pay your bill, and it just shows up you have it.)

I mean your Wireless internet bill, and try resetting your router. If you have a laptop, look and see if the connection is "limited." If it is after you reset it, you may want to call your internet provider.

Im pretty sure its nothing too do with my wifi because it works fine when im connected to wifi its just when im connected to my mobile network the problem occurs.

If you just updated your phone, restart your phone 3-4 times, had to do this with my z10, aside from that, I have no complaints with this phone I'm writing this with it right now
