i must say that requirements are too high, not many people have that great of a k/d and win ratio.

I would go for 1.3 k/d or more

W/L really doesn't matter

League Play should be Platinum or Higher

Have an age limit of at least 15+ so they are mature and not squeakers or people that are there to screw your team up.

I have an MLG team of my own, we have sponsors and all and our win loss ratio isn't that great but we are better than most teams out there and we have a player that know personally Scumpii and Nadeshot.
