whenever i try use a xrpc tool on bops 2 , darks, and james, it comes up with this error.

Make sure your on Windows 7 Home Premium Or Higher. Have Xbox 360 Neighborhood On your computer, with your XBOX Set Up As The Default One. Have all your plugins set

ive got all that and ive reinstalled bops2 and also put the tu on 2times with 2 differnt downloads , also the tools work with mw3 and mw2 just not bop2 ?
please help?
