Mcdonalds is a load of shit anyway don't see why people eat there. Nothing from there actually tastes good, or fills you up as it should. There slogan should be 'the pathway to obesity'

I know its all processed and awful but there is no way they would use something that would be technically classed as 0% chicken

Yes they would. It's a cheap leftover and barely costs them anything. Also, I could go on about what's in other foods, this isn't even that bad compared to others.
