If you get a Dual nand Jtag you can use the Jtag then if you want to go online and use it normally you can move the switch to the normal xbox and play on the retail nand and play online (You won't be able to use xex menu when on the retail nand and you won't be able to infect yourself either)

I feel like I should know this but if your RGH nand gets banned does your retail?

There most likely will be a some type of exploit for it somewhere along the line, there's no telling how long it could take though or if it's going to be released.

Like I_Jackkk_I said no one will know until the console is actually released and it will most likely take some time before it is exploitable.
