Magic needs to be on and if that doesn't work try clearing your system cache this can be done by going to the Xbox 360 dashboard going to storage hover over your hard drive press the (Y) button and select clear system cache this will remove all of your title updates so you can reinstall them sometimes title updates glitch and mess up and a simple clear cache can fix it hope I helped
