I reckon GTA V will sell the most copies, I think the game will break current sale records.

You're definitely running of false sources as Ghosts is predicted to sell double the amount of battlefield and easily top GTA. ALTHOUGH! GTA LOOKS AMAZING

CoD Ghosts won't sell no where near as many as GTA V IMO GTA is still the biggest franchise out of the 2. But the sources are not false it was reported over various reliable gaming websites and some newspapers.
