Ok so here is the thing I Have hosted now 6 Legit Lobbys with livestream in everyone of them and have not been stickied for any of them ive talked to moderators and things and they dont reply is there a way to get stickied in the Lobby/challenge lobby section instantly

Talk to a moderator, PM them(From what you said, I take it you did) or try asking them via xbox live. Send one a message or chat.

Not every person who hosts a lobby gets a sticky. Members who have already been stickied once have the advantage over other users because we know we can trust them.

We do not have time to confirm every single person. Likewise if we did confirm every person the number of stickied threads would be outrageous.

And possibly the most important,
Do not ask for stickies.
