This is clearly fake.

1) Black ops 2 data isnt stored on a GPD or your profile, Its stored online
2) black ops 2 doesnt have "15th" Prestige

GUYs if you were all smart you wouldn't add him on skype as he could be giving you a virus and on top of that if there has such a tool he could post it on here with a virus scan

Guys come on really and if you believe they would let people mod this game this easily with a usb your mistaken
