Hello, i am going to be selling a ready made server, this server has a newly (well) built spawn with a pvp arena and a warp in each of the worlds. this isnt just any server as it has a "kits" functunality aswell, an OP arena, a soup arena and an archer arena

All the ranks are set up as "owner" "admin" "mod" "helper" "builder" and "member"
Factions plugin is setup so claimed land chests may be opened and all the world guards are set.

Here is the serious bit, the current offer on the server is at 45, if you think you can offer any higher / slightly lower but be able to close the deal before the end of this month. At the moment the server is being run at the cost of 20 a month with 30 slots but this can easily be upgraded ( even at 20 the server does not lag a single bit!)
