This is to all the fanboys of either side. I've addressed this here in the Xbox One section because this is where I find all the kids reside and actually defend a console that isn't even out yet.
Both consoles are going to sell about the same...Just like last generation. Anyone saying either side is "winning" clearly wasn't very tuned into last generation... Or the gaming industry in general. Even with Sony's poor console choices last generation (No party system, Hard to develop for hardware, 1 year late to the generation) they STILL sold the same amount as the Xbox 360.( [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ) Now that Sony has fixed all the previous issues, I wouldn't be surprised if they were neck and neck for years to come.
Let's stop all these threads fueling this imaginary "war" and stick to actually discussing the Xbox One. Thanks for reading.

I'm just pointing out that a lot of PS3's sales were because of the Blu-Ray player, tons of people bought it just for that and Netflix

Wouldn't be shocked if this got moved to the rant but still; I agree with your point. People just seem to think that one has to be better. Different consoles appeal to different people. Buy your console. Let everyone else buy their own choice instead of assuming that 'microsoft are idiots'... Believe it or not, microsoft have made a slight bit more money than these self proclaimed critics.

It's funny, cause Nintendo by far outsold Sony and Microsoft in terms of console sales, and no one calls them the "winner" of the last console-gen.

If people wanted a blu-ray player they could have bought one instead of a whole console. Netflix is also readily available on the 360. I don't see your point good sir.
