Buying an HP laptop from walmart is the same as buying it off of newegg.

But what is your budget? For a decent laptop, they start at around $800 USD

Never get a gaming laptop. Find the spare money and go with a desktop. Or you can build your own which is a lot cheaper. It's a lot easier than it sounds, plus there a many good set-ups and tutorials on YouTube like JackFrags. Also, with a desktop you can upgrade and renew parts that have been worn from excessive use.
