So I've buyed this ringtone named Marimba Dupstep, and when I got a second iPhone I needed to buy it again.
So basically, I've buyed same ringtone two times on the same apple ID..
In appstore it works to download apps you've already purchased, but in iTunes it doesn't work.
Well.. for me it doesn't, so does anyone know how to fix this or get it somehow with out buying again?

Go to iTunes on your PC/MAC, make sure you're signed in, and have your computer authorized. Then go to the top and go to Store>Check for available downloads
It'll re-download purchased items.
Then sync the items to your phone.
Also, make sure your iTunes is up to date by going to the top bar and hitting Help>Check for updates.
