I have both the .dll and the exe in the same folder on my laptop, i have my JTAG connected to neighborhood but when i double click on the exe nothing happens (i'm on windows 7 premium if that is any help)

try downloading net framework 4.5

This is a really nice tool, if YOU WERE to sale it i have a HWID system were you add clients that pay etc.
